Stay away from this company!!! Stilas AND BDE -Corp are scams. I was dumb enough to send in my money and poof... They stopped all communication except that from their "legals" department asking for more documents. They ignored EVERY single correspondent AFTER they recieved my 100k. They do not give out any new closings because they have NONE! Their New York office is a virtual office and no one works their. That is why you can't just go to thier office, however, they will not meet you in person either! I have talked to MANY brokers that work with BDE / STILAS and they stated they never funded anything and they know they will not fund anything.instead they charge clients up front processing fees of 20k. From personal experiences, stay far away from stials, bde (a broker who is not licensed), and any broker that works with stilas. If the broker will not tell you who the program is going through after an NDA, it is because it is being sent to these frauds!
Don't do it! Listen to everyone on here say not to.
