Mark Parrish represents himself as a wealthy and well connected financier. He is just a broker with little money and tries to coax people into sending him due dilligence fees in order to fund projects which he does not fund. He neither has money to fund projects nor does he intend to give you back your money if he does not fund your project.
He makes a living stealing money from individuals hoping to get a commercial project funded. He is a scam artist. He has no integrity and many have been taken by him for thousands of dollars. He moves around a lot and changes his number when he gets too many calls from people wanting money back, CHANGES COMPANY NAMES, OR WORKS UNDER SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME.
