Citimortgage which was bailed out by the Government offers refinancing at a lower interest rate.in order to prevent themselves from losing your current interest rate on re-financing at a lower interest rate they make it impossible to qualify for the loan. They have the audacity to have the actual appraisal value of the home lowered from its actual worth thus tacking on an additional mortgage insurance loan by as much as an additional $120.00 a month. Doesn't matter how good a customer you were with them in the past. Their ruthlessly shrewd tacky and deceitful. Shame on them!!!
