Diane Marie Vutech Removed my Insurance and Real Estate Tax Bill

I was refinancing to reduce my rate of interest. Tell me that my payment would go to Free Mortgage as the same mortgage that I already had, except the rate of interest would be lower. The interest is the same. I called her that the rate of interest was still the same. Tolde that it would change and my payments would lower.
