Peak 5 Horrible Customer Treatment

So this stupid company that has apparently bought my car loan from another company. My payment was due on the 20th of this month and today is now the 29th. Peak 5 has called me a minimum of twice a day for the last nine days to tell me my payment is past due. I explained to the representative that there was an error by my bank with my online bill pay service, and my bank was looking into the issue. The representative from Peak 5 proceeded to rudely demand my payment immediately, because it's 9 whole days past due. I explained to the representative that due to the fact Peak 5 has changed addresses twice in the 4 months they've had my loan, and that was probably the problem. The rep proceeded to demand my immediate payment. To which I again explained my bank would be getting to them. The woman continued with her RUDE attitude demanding immediate payment. I truly had no choice but to re-explain the situation (for the 5 time now), and hang up the phone. She would not listen to a single word I said. The payment was mailed to them before the due date, and would not have been late if it weren't for the error on my bank's part. I could not believe the way this representative talked to me. I've always made my payment with them, and never had an issue in the past. So to be treated as trash and with such disrespect is an outrage.
