Jay Servidio offers ongoing technical support and customer service in his contract along with a "satisfaction guarantee". It's all a load of crap!
I called Jay on a Sunday regarding trouble I was having with my website and he threatened to "eat my balls for breakfast"! I don't know who Jay thinks he is, but I'm a disabled veteran and I'm not going to allow someone to speak to me that way. I am making my mission to exploit this a*hole and hopefully get him shut down.
The reason I called jay was because after 3 weeks I still hadn't recieved any of the data of my website on hard file like a cd. I attempted to optimize my website by myself with IBP optimization. Because I had no html codes I saved the codes to my computer from the website edited them that way and then e-mailed them back to corey, his optimizer which I actually belive is one of his kids.
I call him Sunday because the pages are not the way I want them after re-running the report offered by IBP's software that helps you get a top 10 ranking on google. This is where he threatened me.
I told Jay he over-reacted and will no longer do business with a man that treats his clients with such little respect once he's been paid. See before you pay him he will call you 4 times a day and talk to you for hours at anytime, but once he has your cash he threatens you for calling him.
I told Jay I want a refund because I am not happy with the satisfaction of what I bought and his companies services. He told me that the satisfaction guarantee is in regards to the website content and once you e-mail him accepting the site the satisfaction guarantee goes right out the window with everything else. Even though it states this nowhere in the contract. Plus he makes you agree to it before sending you all the data such as the html so he makes you pay full price, doesnt send you all the info, and then refuses to honor the satisfaction guarantee.
I have a taped recorded conversation of Jay admitting to the violent threats. I have emails of him bribing me to keep quite. He says some very provocitive things about all his clients and how they are "Fu*ed up" and "mentally retarded". He laughs on the tape about how the money will stay in his account forever.
I will e-mail anyone who asks me for a copy of this recorded message if they e-mail me at I have to send it in 2 messages because it's 20 minutes long.
The name of my site was just in case jay claims I'm not a real customer or whatever.
Jay also claims that if I post this post because I did warn him I would if I saw no refund, that he will post all of my private information such as social security number, DOB, etc. That is also on tape and is illegal for a business to do to one of there clients unless otherwise agreed by me, which I do not agree to at all!
Do not ever think of doing business with Jay Servidio and anyof his services or products he offers unless you want to be as frustrated as I am. He got me for $3300, but I'm fighting him hard from every angle. I hope that you don't do business with this guy, trust me he is a scam artist.
Jay also claims that you own your own website, but he employs corey and we have to pay him to pay her for her services such as uploading new html. When asked who corey works for he refuses to tell you, he also refuses to give her phone number. That's because it's probably himself disquising himself as "corey". I believe I have a right to know who it is I'm paying and for what service since I am the "owner" of my website, right? Jay then hung up on me! I want the ability to call her directly since she is the one who put my website online and etc..
