Fairbanks Capital recently introduced itself to the state of Missouri. This was done after Beneficial finance transferred our mortage to them afther they were bought by HSBC a london congomerlate. Fairbanks refuses to honor beneficial contract setting forth their own, with no options. We were meet with the Rudeness arogance i have read about.
The Missouri Attorney General Office is overwhelmed with complaints but claim to be powerless as fairbanks is controlled by HUD. I have made complaints with HUD and the FTC. All want to pass the buck. I will now contact The US Attorney for the eastern District of missouri and attempt to initiate a criminal investigation.
I am a police officer of 32 years and investigated criminal fraud for years. What they are doing is worse than criminal.
Finally i want to warn you i beleivee Beneficial Finance and HSBC are selling mortage and urge you to be wary of dealing with them.
