Just to let everyone know, your complaints against this company have resulted in charges filed by U.S. Government. Over the last few weeks, a lot of the Senior Executives have resigned or were fired. Plus the majority share holder (PMI) is also being investigated.
Just go to www.google.com and do a search for Fairbanks Capital. When the results are displayed, click on the NEWS link at the top of the menu bar. Very interesting reading... Pay back is coming for these guys...
They are also in violation of U.S. Banking Laws. Their credit rating has fallen from A to F. This means they cannot raise the funds need to operate. They have 90 days to fix this or be taken over by the FEDs.
Keep up the good work... You will be able to shut them down...
