I've never published a criticism against any organization so far.

I've absorbed my dad’s funds, and that I have exercised funds with 10 additional banks. Capital One may be the just one that's declined to assist. Though about the payment claims they let you know to contact if you want support. I've been informed by customer support that they're not able to assist me at the moment, which I have to call-back in a couple of days/months. Well it has gone on for more than 10 weeks. I've been making payments on my dad’s account going back six months, however this week Money One named me every single day, occasionally twice a day requesting more funds.

Again I keep attempting to perform issues out going back five weeks, and also the organization informs me to call-back later since they're us –willing to assist.

I've never had a problem with any bank-like I'm having with Capital One. Should you obtain a opportunity to possess a Money One charge card, I can't convey in ethical conditions to show them along.
