Ripoff slow prossessing

First I am writing this report so that I can get my money back.
I was a offered a great deal on a Mastercard that I have not received. It has been almost four months and no one has even tried to help me out with this. I have called there customer service center and left message after message. I just wanted someone to call me back to help me out.

Now that noone has respond back to me I want my money back in my bank account. I have did everything on my end to make sure First Capital Consumers received my funds so that I could get a great deal. If noone wanted to help me on this then they should not have called me. They have took my funds for this card and I want it back. First Capital Consumers has no right to take my money and not give me my part of the deal.
