I haven't even used my card in several months, and Capital One continues to make up and apply fees. Now they won't even let me pay my bill, even though I've tried. Every time they call me, I make a payment arrangement, and they supposedly submit the payment, they claim it return due to insufficient funds. Not only is there is enough money in the bank, but the bank has no record whatsoever of Capital One trying to submit these payments. On top of that, my bank (well, it's a credit union) has automatic overdraft protection. Meaning if I write a check without sufficient funds, they will cover that amount and I simply have to pay it back to them. There is no way Capital One is correctly submitting these payments, but every time they "try" they charge me additional fees. My entire balance is made up of the fees they have charged me.
We need a class action suit against them sooner than later.
