Bank of america is negligent greedy and evil! They are refusing to credit the fraudulent charges on my card and they are destroying me credit and my life

I went to Bolivia for a family emergency and tried to use my Bank of America Mastercard there. Every merchant told me that the Bank of America card was not working especially the hotel where I stayed. I tried calling Bank of America from Bolivia but none of the telephone numbers that Bank of America worked from Bolivia. Since the card didn't work at the hotel the hotel in Bolivia notified the local police and I explained to the police my problem and they advised me to use my Bank of America card at an ATM machine and withdraw cash so I can pay the hotel and avoid any legal issues so I called my mother in the United States from Bolivia who is also on my Bank of America mastercard business account and told her my problem. She called Bank of America that same night more than once and they gave her a PIN number to give to me. Bank of America is so incompetent that the PIN number they gave her to give to me was my date of birth. I have no experience with credit cards but I know that you never use your date of birth or the last 4 of your Social Security number for a Pin number. Common sense tells you that. Anyway, I tried to use the Pin number that she gave me and it still didn't work. I got messages in Spanish and I don't understand Spanish well unfortunately. So I kindly asked a police officer to acompany me to the ATM machine and explain to me what the message was saying. Him and I went to 2 ATM machines and one ATM machine said invalid Pin number and the other said Insufficient funds. So I gave up and I called my mother and had her wire money to me so I can pay the hotel in Bolivia. After I paid the hotel I left that hotel of course because I thought I was treated unfairly so I stayed at a different hotel and more economical. I put my credit card away in my suitcase and covered it with a bunch of clothes. I wasn't even worried about my credit card since it didn't work anywhere in Bolivia. (so I thought). Somehow I can't find out what happened but my credit card and a few items from my suitcase were stolen more than likely from the hotel that I stayed but i'm not exactly sure. I didn't find out that they were missing until I arrived in the United States. When I found out that my Bank of America card was missing I immediately called Bank of America and I reported it and I wanted to know if any fraudulent charges appeared and unfortunately whoever stole my credit card used it at an ATM machine several times and withdrew a total amount of $1,220.00. I don't have an explanation how the thief or thieves got my Pin number other than that my Pin number was my date of birth and my date of birth was on my passport and I was required to show my passport almost everywhere I went in Bolivia. Every hotel in Bolivia refused to allow me to rent a room with showing them my passport. They even made a copy of my passport. That's why I think whoever stole my credit card was affiliated with the hotel in some way. To make a long story short Bank of America claims department is refusing to send me an affidavit and they are refusing to honor my claim. They sent me a letter stating that I gave access to card and information which is a lie. I never gave anyone my Pin number no my card. And I never authorized anyone to use my card at an ATM machine. I called Bank of America when I received that letter and they told me to mail them and fax them a copy of my passport where it shows the dates I arrived and left Boliva and I did. And I called them back and they claimed that they didn't receive my fax and they gave me another fax number so I faxed it to them again. Now the claims department at Bank of America is just totally ignoring me. I left several messages with the fraud investigator Annabell at 1-800-714-5923 extension 3841 and she hasn't even returned any of my calls. Also, I called the fraud department and claims department several times and they lied to me saying that they sent me an affidavit. And now the fraud department tells me that they ordered the affidavit but the claims department denied the affidavit and stopped it from being sent to me. Everytime I call Bank of America I get a different answer. I don't know what to do. Because of these fraudulent charges finance charges are adding up and late fees are occuring and my credit is going to be destroyed soon. I payed my balance in full on my Bank of America credit card minus the fraudulent charges. I tried calling Mastercard at 1800mcassis and they told me that they cannot help me with this issue. I have been calling Bank of America everyday and I keep getting the run around. Obviously, Bank of America isn't going to credit the fraudulent charges on my account. I don't know what to do. Please anyone help me. Please tell if I have any options left and what they are.
