I've been trying to deal with these people for over a year now. Every month my statements never come until 17 days after its due. I have to pay late fees and fees to pay by phone. We have had a man come here to see if the house is still here and said we would be charged a fee for him coming. I called the Company and told they I was not paying for such bullcrap.
My payments use to be 425.00 a month and now I'm paying 750.00 to 825.00 a month. They are calling everytime I turn around. I have tried talking to these people and get a different answer each time. I have been called a liar and talked to rude. They tried to bill me for my taxes on it. Which I pay myself. My balance never seem to go down any. Something needs to be done about this Company.
