Fairbanks took over the service of our loan in April 13 months later, I have afew more grey hairs. Last week I got the chance of a life time for me, Jayne miller with WBAL Channel 11 news in Maryland where I live, she has been so helpful, channel 11 news has aired Fairbanks on the news 36 times since feb 26, don't ever let your gaurd down with Fairbanks, don't ever believe anything they say, they truly are not to be trusted at all!!!
We are refinancing tomorrow (Thank God), but we still are paying the price, we owe 143,000.00, they sent a payoff to my loan officer of 155,000.00, the 12,000.00 differance was listed as (other Fee's) Late fee's and unpaid escrow fee's, that we have nevered needed. Please if the news channels in your area has not yet aired anything about Fairbanks, start calling and emailing them with your story, they will listen.
