My loan was originally with conti mortgage it was sold to Fair Banks I had nothing but trouble with them. They forced insurance on my home although my ins.com. Faxed, mailed and called them for approx. 6 months. Also on forberance plan finished it they would not remove from my credit. Said it was to remain there for seven years.
