Rip Off!

I've been with Green Hill going back 4 decades now my statement strangely DOUBLED. After I named to obtain it looked after they explained that not just have they been "calculating" what my statement is every month, but that there's nothing they are able to do which I'd need to spend it. After I told them I needed evidence of these costs they explained there is nothing they might do. I told them that I'd change to Dependent if it was not solved plus they couldn't have cared less. And so I changed to dependent nowadays and did some digging, discovered this:
