Customer service didn't stop service. I named per month ahead of time to inform them after I had a need to stop service. Recently obtained a statement within the email. It's been 8 weeks since I have named Green Hill plus they were really fast to declare that I never named to stop service. Then I posted a state for their corporate workplace. Per week later they call to inform me given that they don't have any evidence that I named they CAn't help me out. I inquired if individual mistake may be the reason behind not placing my purchase through the computer. They explained yes. They're complete fools. Don't make use of this company.
