Terrible customer support. I named on 8/25 to ask why I had been being billed for energy that people had terminated on 7/15 whenever we moved. I had been informed it'd be solved. Subsequently, recently on 9/8, I see a charge taken out of my bank account AGAIN from Green Mountain. And so I named, and after half an hour to be on-hold, was informed this 1 of the workers created a mistake. They stated that they mightnot credit it back again to my banking account, which a reimbursement within the type of a check will have to be prepared which may take-two months after which it'd have to be shipped. Well, when they required the cash out-of my bill without any doubt, you'd genuinely believe that they might press a and place it in like every other organization. As enjoyment as it's to pay for energy for 2 houses, it isn't truly possible for all of US. I think it is incredible they cannot support their clients solve easy payment problems in a reasonable fashion. I'll no further be helping the corporation, and that I recommend whoever might study this that you simply do exactly the same.
