This company is so bad. First each time I refy They Buy My Loan. They refused to add in the insurance. And Taxes to my Mortgage. They say we will help modify. Wrong. I have sub. 4 times now modify papers. They say we did not get them. Last time they Told me that the modify expires every 30 days. I have true hardship and behind several months. They are playing games. They ignore me and bill me $17.000 They did Lower my payment for one month. But was told it was until I Heard back. Never did Then They billed for the full past due. They also changed due date to the first We get paid onthe 20th. Then They added on PMI insurance too. Which made my payments even higher. Someone Stop Them Please. 25 years of crap cant take anymore
