We too have been trying to modify our mortgage with Saxon since May of 07 to no avail. We had asked that they refil or modify our loan to a fixed loan. No one will help us. Now we are in foreclosure and trying to short sale. If anyone is starting a suit against them I would like to join in. We are victims of mortgage fraud and even though we have notified them and have tried to fix our financial situation - they refuse to modify our mortgage even though these new bills were passed for just that reason.
