Co. They took more than 1500$ in order to modify a mortgage an stop forclosure and within 4 months didd nothing. They said they guarantee money back but it is not true

I paid them more than 1500$ to modify my mortgage loan and stop forclosure. They said they would do it within 3 months and they stand firmly behind their promise to me. ~ If we are unable to give you successful action we will refund 100% of your money' but it is not true. They refused to give any refund after 4 months of doing nothing.
