My partner and that I had medical issuses along side our rate of interest rising to
10% (ARM) in which triggered foreclosure on our home. We closed a Forbearance Strategy Contract with Citi Residential Financing in Dec. 2008. We created 2 funds in Dec. 2008 to reestablish our mortgage.in Jan. 2009 one cost was shipped back again to us and continue with foreclosure. At first of Feb. 2009 our mortgage was offered to AHMSI. I've certification of my bank claims and our Forbearance agreement. Today to reestablish our mortgage has ended 12 thousand. Is that this legitimate? Today Citi Residential Financing won't provide me-any copies of my documents or may they examine this case.
