Citi Residential Lending
Escrow account added

Since November 10 I've been attempting to resolve my issue with Citi Residential Financing. They included an escrow account to my mortgage where they suggested we didn't spend our 2008 property taxes. I posted evidence, but still they go to include the escrow account were my mortgage transaction has been changed. I've attempted in great faith to obtain some aid as well as with proof within their hand they extended to required that consideration, I disagreed together, we conform on delivering them evidence, therefore our documents be updated. They didn't focus on my criticism, and not just they offered my consideration to a different mortgage without obtained good care of the scenario.By Feb 4, no body from Citi Residential has come forward to provide me a great clarification, they kept jumping back with various tales, closing a week ago stating the cause of the escrow account is basically because they went forward and settled my 2009 fees, plus they are still not due. However awaiting a solution on why they go to do this. We've compensated promptly our mortgage repayments, we've have the ability to spend our house taxes and insurance for that ten years living at my house. I've discovered that I'm not alone going right through this same issue and unfortunately many of them are getting on foreclosure & most may match their needs. Our regular funds are $780.62 plus they lifted it to $1398.64. Somebody needs to stop them. We and also the whole country are getting through economic crisis, we homeowners deserve a rest. I actually donot wish to drop my house.
