Debited my bank account 109.00 dollars

I looked at my bank tractactions and i saw a debited in the amount of 109.00 dollars that i never authorizes or signed any authoration to take any out of my bank account and it took me about 10 days to get y money back and in the meantime it over drawn my bank account
