We have been with WFA since April. Until recently we haven't been able to pay until the 15th of each month (before the late fee is applied). However, we've never received any calls or letters in this time frame.
Well June 2, we received a Certified letter from WFA stating our account was past due. Our payment is due the 1st of each month. The letter was dated May 28th?
Wth?
I went online, to make sure I wasn't going crazy, because we haven't been past due (we may not pay until 15th) but we haven't gone 30 days delinquent. It clearly stated "Next Payment Due: June 1".
After the certified letter, comes the phone calls? Wth? Telling us to call the Loss/Mitigation Dept. ARe you serious? I don't know if they changed their collections practices but I don't appreciate getting letters BEFORE my due date, and calls at 5 days past due! Wth?
