Chase Credit Card
Chase Card Services Deceptive Business practices, discriminating for part time working moms Palatine www.chase.com/creditcards

May 28 was my layoff date. I telephoned Chase the customer service rep said no problem fortunately you have payment protection.

I was transferred to the department and the rep asked me a few question. One did I file for unemployment and two how many hours did I work. I am working 25 hours per week.

They told me I didn't qualify for payment protection because I needed to work 30 hours per week. This is discriminating for working moms.

They also charged my credit card $388.92 for this payment protection I immediately cancelled and asked for a credit refund.

The payment protection plan with Chase is very deceptive. Nobody told me when I enrolled that part time employees are ineligible & I was also told it was only $1.99 not $388.92. They never asked me about my job hours when I signed up.

Remember get your reward points before June 22. The credit card interest is going from 12.99 to the prime rate plus 16.24% cash advances will even be higher. You can opt out of the interest rate hike but Chase will close your account and forfeit your reward points.interest Rates will show up on your July statement. Be Careful everyone!!!

To opt out of the APR rate hike it must be done before June 22 call 1-800-945 or write Cardmember Services, P.O. Box 15098, Wilmington, DE 19850-5098
