Please be aware that receiving a call from USA Credit offering you a "wonderful opportunity to establish or re-establish your credit" is not a call you should respond to. I foolishly did, and after a 30 plus minute conversation with the "nice" telemarketer, divulged my social security number and my checking account information to her. But, luckliy, I happened across Usa Consumer Complaints.com and found many reports of people who had been mistreated and victimized by this company. I began to rethink my foolishness and decided not to allow myself to be another one of USA Credit's "victims".
I called them and after a 30 minute hold (I can't tell you how many times I heard the recording say, "Your call will be answered in approximately 2 minutes" [oh, well... Their dime]) my call was finally answered by some smart-assed "gentleman" with whom I argued with for 15 minutes to get him to deactivated my account and stop the withdrawal of the $99.90 from my checking account.
I will now probably have to pay a $30.00 stop-payment fee at my bank just to guarantee they cannot get their greedy hands on any of my hard earned money, but it will be well worth it!!!
Again... Be aware!!!
