I was at home sick when I received a phone call from this company stating that I can get a credit card with 2500 unlimited credit. All I need to do was allow them to debit my checking account.By the end of the conversation when I became lucid they again asked could they debit my checking account. I stated no they could not. On November 29 they debited my account. I immediately placed a stop payment on the company.in March they sent a negative rating to the credit bureau. I asked them how we could rectify the situation. They stated I would have to pay $300 service fee and they will close the account. I never agreed to the account. I never received a package or any information from them. I said fine please send me this information in writing. I haven't heard from them. I immediately contacted a fraud lawyer who indicated that there was a law suit against this company. I'm a single mom who is trying to work on my credit to get a house. This has made me very alert and cautious. When I hear or see credit card I run. YvetteAntioch, Tennessee
