Refusal to refund purchase after repeated requests

I requested a refund repeatedly for the Rehablist.com Los Angeles County partner program because I believe the program was not what was offered to me as presented by their staff. I was willing to pay for a month of the service and be refunded for the advanced payments for the next five months but they are refusing to honor my request. I'm posting here hoping Rehablist.com/Mike Collins will address and settle this grievance promptly and professionally.
