I recently signed up for their partner program, which just bought me the use of their 1-800 vanity number and website locally for my county. All of this service is as expected however they double charged my account, to the tune of 960 dollars.
I have called, emailed, called and emailed again and again and have never gotten a response. If you are lucky enough to have someone answer when you call, they simply say oh you have the wrong department, then they just transfer you to someone who won't answer and get sent to a message. I have left messages with my contact information and have never gotten a response.
