While I at first got excited, I should have realized that I was being had when it cost $4k to attend the 3 day training and $6k more for all the "tools". Not only that, it took until the 3rd day for the speakers to tell us a formula for making offers; they didn't say what kind of houses to use it on.

To add insult to injurt, I paid $12,997 more for a mentor who told me keep making offers (didn't really say how) and to fly to college towns in upstate NY to buy rentals.
