My partner and that I have our mortgage with Citi that was initially with ABN. We've settled that mortgage promptly for 6 years. Obviously like a number of other individuals sadly employment reduction has caused us to have behind. I delivered two funds this month also it was delivered back using the lawyers notice of foreclosure. Why don't you take the cost and place it towards what we owe? It'd have created us just 8 weeks behind. However now they've added on lawyer fees etc. If we're struggliong to help make the funds how are we likely to develop a large number of bucks more. No body may answer our calls of course if they are doing we're aimed towards the lawyer's workplace to a different saving. No body really wants to use us. These were provided a break using the bail-out, however for some reason-they WOn't provide us a rest. We're due to get rid of our home quickly and we've the cash to help make the funds to obtain swept up although not the absurd attorney fees.
