Worst Customer Service

This company serviced our loan for an RV we purchased 2 years ago. During the first year of our loan, I received multiple late fees. Our payment was due on the 30th of each month and we would send it promptly on the 18th of each month. After several months of calling about the late fees, one representative told me that the company's processing department was notoriously slow and because of the many complaints, they finally arranged it so that customers could make a payment over the phone. (The multiple late fees that were charged, were never reimbursed, of course.)

We sold our RV this year and have been trying to make arrangements to pay the loan and have the title over-nighted so that the buyers could take ownership ASAP. We get shuffled around from one person to the next. With no consistent answers. When I asked one semi-helpful person if there was one person that I could talk to for all of my needs, she told me no.

Over the two years that I have been calling and dealing with these folks, there is ALWAYS a minimum of an 18-20 minute wait for a customer service rep.

This company is HORRIBLE to deal with and truly does not know the meaning of customer service. I am so happy to not have to deal with them any more!!!
