Recently Thor Credit sold my RV loan to GEMB Lending. I have tried to contact this company to question how my payments are being applied but I can not get to a live person! When I call the 877-554-8467 provided to me by Thor Credit / GEMB Lending, and registered with my pay on line bank (Bank of America), the message for "Customer service" is automated only! My payments to GEMB lending and are payed out of my Bank of America account 4 days before my payment is due. My payment is posted on the DUE date, therefore GEMB is charging me $34 a day interest and making money on my $1400 payment at the same time. I feel RIPPED OFF and ignored! Is there not a law against this type of practice?
