Shady companies, will lie to you about charges until you sign the contract

I was looking for a credit card processing company. Found Rockbottommerchantaccounts on line. Their rates looked good, so I called them.

Ryan, my sales person told me that there are no monthly charges, except for a security charge. He lied to me...
He sent me a contract from LEADERS. I signed the contract.

Before I even authorized my first customer LEADERS started pulling money from my bank account.

It was a 10.95 monthly fee that does NOT even show on the statement. They will pull the money straight from your bank account. Be careful!

Then they were asking for a PCI fee, $ 129 dollars...
When I checked the company online I found a few usacomplaints.com that were very similar with my experience so far. So, I decided to cancel my account with LEADERS, before I lose more money.

And just like everybody else, I was transferred, hang up on, lied to about my account being closed, and so on.
I will try again tomorrow, 05.18. maybe they will get tired of my phone calls and faxes and will close my account...

Dishonest company, dishonest employees, bad customer service, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LEADERS!!!
