Well leaders you did it again. When i signed up with your company i ask the sales guy if there any other charges other than the monthly fee and the answer was no, not at all. Well today i see that you guys charged me 136 dollars (anual fee). Well i will stop payment on your services. I have no choice, i was never told about this fee and thats alot of money to me. If you tell people about that fee you would have no customers. I am on hold with you guys right now finish this when i get off the phone and let people know how you resolve this problem. `Well the lady was nice and is going to issue me a refund that is going to take 72 hours. I asked if i could get it faster (you know process it like a credit card) she said no. Also she said its only a one time credit. I am not on contract so i know to cancel soon. I recomend no one signing up with Leaders due to fact of so many hidden fees. The sales people rush you through the process.
