I recieved and automated call last night from a collection agency and called back imediatley only to find another recorded message. I recieved another call from National Action Financial services this morning and called back again.

I spoke with Cindy McNamara, Ray Oliver, John (refused last name), Samantha McMullen who gave me information without varify who I was, Sarah who's last name I could not spell, and finally Anthony Foster the compliance director (lawyer) all at 1-800-443-2963, a toll free number.

To break it down people, the law states that they cannot harrass you, it does not state that you cannot call them 1,000 times a day. Their message states that "Your Phone Call is Important to Them" Does it not? That means that you have every right to call them all day long. Never admit to who you are and never give out any information about yourself to these low lifes. Call everyday, all day and either ask for Anthony Foster or just keep the loosers from their work and we will put this company out of business real fast.

This is all about a 12 year old debt to someone or something that NAFS cannot varify, identify, or prove, I have absolutley no Idea who "Samuels" is and yet Ray Oliver stated that I would continue to recieve these automated calls until it was paid.

Call them back 1,000 times a day and I promise you within 6 hours you will never hear from them again, this works with any collection agency too.
