I had contacted Capitolone Bank to inform that my daughter had lost her job, pregnant and was placed under the Victims witness protection program due to Domestic Violence.By instruction from the Law enforcements that we move my daughter to a safe place until the court hearing, after court hearing, she then recieved a protection order for an un-specified amount of time, By informing Captiolone about her situation, Capitolone referred me to there payment protection program office which is Stonebridge Benefits Services, Inc. I contacted there office made the claim, waited for the form's to come in the mail, took them to the Doctor to sign, faxed documents back to Stonebridge office, and recieved a letter of denial. This is just so wrong!
Why are we continuing to pay for a Payment Protection Program to help when we need it, and get a letter of denial... This is another failed Justice we must face, to add, will also be reported as a bad debt to the credit bureau. This is just so wrong to pay for Protection Program offered by a Bank, waste of money.
