We have been paying for payment protection for over 5 years, we continued to pay while on disability due to not knowing we actually had protection, in paying bill recently saw the monthly charge and called the number. Agent explained that we needed to fill out the form and send a letter of explanation as to why we waited so long to open claim, we did and after a month received a denial letter. If we paid for protection all along how can there be a time issue, and why would we be instructed to send an explanation letter with claim if we did not have coverage? This is not right.
