I tried to apply for a pay day loan Last month and was denied by one (dont remember which one) in the process of this they signed me up unwilling to a identity protection program and I had no knowledge, I was never sent any emails or paperwork that i was part of this until I saw my bank statements and saw the amount of 31.98 for IDTEHC on my statement, I spoke to someone via chat and they said they would cancel my protection but couldnt refund my money its not about the money its the fact that they unwilling and unprofessionally took advantage of me and stole my debit information for some program. If i was involved with and protection program i would want to have documents stated this. They also wouldnt give me any information on their company.
