I have been with washington mutual for about a year now. Reciently I wanted to make three payments for three consecutive payments for three different months. I was told I could not do this. I was told that I had to wait till the billing cycle was over to make the next payment. This is steeling money from people. If you have to wait 30 days to make a new payment, so that it counts towards your new monthly bill. All this does is make you rack up the monthly interest, and make them more money. This is not good customer service or caring about the customers. With out us they would not have a business. Undefined
