Randomly decreased my borrowing limit from $49,000 to $25,000. I've had the card for 15 years. I never bring a stability (i.E. I spend the entire harmony each month), and that I haven't had a late-payment, and that I my stability never approaches the restriction. I named to question-this plus they decreased my restriction to $20,000 as consequence for asking them I suppose. I've never requested to get a restriction boost which may be the only charge card I personally use. Reducing my borrowing limit by 60% about the only card I take advantage of has already established a substantial adverse effect on my credit score.
