On April 3 the amount of $99 was taken out of my account with a check that has a 7 digit numbering system, while my checks are all 4 digits. I disputed the transaction and then on the 15th of April another $99 came out and by the way both of these were coming out of my financial aid account, I am a 33 year old full time student and single mother of 3 boys ages 20 months, 3 1/2 years, and 12 years! These 2 transactions have caused me to have numerous $35 NSF fees added to my account as well as fees to cancel my credit card and checking account. My bank keeps closing the investigation process and requiring me to explain to them specifically at what time on what day did they acquire my information or at what point was my checks lost or credit card missing. Well I dont have a clue. All I know is that now I am broke and I should have about 500 dollars left in my account. I keep reopening the dispute and this time decided to get online and google the information that I got from requesting an image of these "supposed" checks of mine that dont even have the correct bank name listed on them, but they dont have to they just have to have the correct routing numbers. I too applied online for a cash advance loan and recieved one in the amount of $300 from ACE Cash Service 1-866-840-2030 on March 25. So somehow I think these two are connected. The worst part is that the money I was going to use to pay them back is all twisted up in this Edepitpay thing and the fees from my bank and I had to cancel all access (which cost me too another $35 NSF charge) to my account so I have no money for them which I am sure is going to lower my credit score and mess up all the work I have done to get my collections and other obligations payed up or payments scheduled after making a large lump sum down to get them to stop reporting on the credit bureaus. What a nightmare. I hope any of you out there don't have to experience all that has happened in my life since March 25 when I got that darn loan to get me and my family through till I got my financial aid (which is really just student loans) on the 9th of April. Pray for me to get through this if you believe, that is all that has held me through so far. I wish I wouldn't have borrowed that $300 from Ace.
So the moral of the story is don't get payday loans or cash advances EVER online! At least that is what I have learned, and that the bank will take your money and keep TAKING it. Now I am $120.63 withdrawn and WOW!
