Ripoff ripped off and scammed Internet

I just downloaded my checking account transactions and there was a $79.95 charge that I did not authorize from CIC credit monitoring service. Who are these people? It was supposed to be free.

How do I get them to respond to my phone calls and emails demanding my money back? Of course the banks are closed today, so I can't contact them.
