TransUnion reports misleading and incorrect information on consumers. They are 1 of the 3 credit reporting agencies. They report information about counties that are nonexistent, then give a false contact number and name for the consumer to contact.
When you try to contact TransUnion to get the information changed the computer hangs up on you.
The information they report is mainly on collections or judgements, so when the consumer tries to pay it they send there information to a county that doesn't even have their information on record. It gets sent basically into a black hole and never gets reported correctly.
