Pulled a fast one

They did not send a bill for the month of febuary. Now all my payments go to interest. I also informed them about other people complaining about sst. A manager told me it was probably due to a postal error and for me to contact my post office to see what happend to my bill. How is it that all of my other billing accounts never seem to get lost by my postal carrier? The only way to get back to paying on the principal of the loan is to make double payments.
