I received in my U.S. Postal Mail a billing from Alyon Technologies for the period 04/03 through 04/06/02003 in the amount of 53.79. The bill had an Account number, an Invoice Number and a Customber Service Number. The bill was for 11 minutes of premium web content - adult at access number 201 553-4710, which is a very expensive access that I would never agree to. The bill had a short billing period? Most billings I am familiar with are for at least a month. My entire internet service for a month is much less than their bill for eleven minutes.
I never subscribed to Alyon for their service. I don't know what is it I was suppose to have had access to on the internet. I never signed an agreement with them to make such use of their service. I don't know how I managed to employ their services without my even knowing that I had do so. During the billing period I was the only person using my computer so no one else could have made the subscription but me and didn't do it.
There is a lot of stuff that just pops up on my computer from time to time but I am always careful never to engage in it. I am sure that alyon uses some type of electronic interjectionary proccess by which they take advance of the user without the user knowing it.
