Unauthorized Phone Deduction Overdrew Account Amid Mortgage Payment Problem

I have the same problem with Wells Fargo mortgage payments. Also, they said that I authorized a deduction from my checking account over the phone but I know I did not authorize any deduction. This caused my bank account to be overdrawn!
