*PayPal Has The Worst Customer Service!!! * I have reason to believe that PayPal is either trying to save some money by hiring CSRs with no professional training or experience and knowledge of their business. I have spoken with multiple reps and each one gave me different answers and reasons, while most were rude and unprofessional.

PayPal claims that my buyer disputed that he never received my merchandise after almost 3 months. I had lost my tracking number but I told them that my buyer received in a timely manner and also gave me a positive feedback saying that I was a great seller and would do business with me again. I also have emails from my buyer who told me that he never disputed that he never received the phone. But PayPal didn't want to accept the buyer's emails or positive feedback. After talking to so many of these rude and not helpful operators, I stopped calling them for I was getting stressed out. It was not much, but I also lost the phone and didn't get the respect that I deserved from their people. They treated me like I was a fraud. A couple of them were okay, but majority were worst customer service I have ever received in my life.

So after a few months, I found the tracking number and again speaking with 4 reps within that hour and no positive outcome. They refuse the tracking because it has been months. The last rep also admitted that my buyer never disputed that they occasionally audit accounts for protection. Huh? What protection did they practice there? So the point of it all, he says I still have to pay the 80 dollars on my account which they intentionally made negative and claims that they sent the money back to the customer.

So I file a BBB complaint and some supposedly executive hotshot emails me through BBB that I agreed to PayPal's terms when I signed up and that they do not tolerate fraudulent transactions. Again, what fraudulent transaction was he talking about. I emailed my customer again and he told me that he contacted PayPal months ago, when I first informed him of this issue and he was told that they just wanted more information from him and that my account was to be released again.

They never did and even lied or has no record of my buyer's call to them. I believe my buyer. I believe him because he didn't have to respond to my emails. But he did, every time. He was kind enough to let me know that he acknowledges my problem on that transaction.

If anyone else out there experienced something from PayPal with a similar story of lies and bad business practice, please reply and let me know. I would like to know if you guys are or were for sure that the buyer or seller were really the ones who disputed the transactions or if they only heard PayPal's side of the claim.

I defended PayPal and Ebay when a couple of people in the post office said they've had problems with Ebay and I should try Craigslist. I told them that I have been lucky and I have had no problems with them. A 3 months later, my stress level rose up because of PayPal's claim of fraudl
