Wells Fargo Bill Pay should have paid $251.58 on 3/16/09.instead they emptied my savings and paid $25,158.00. Both Wells Fargo representatives and myself have been trying for just under a month now to get my $ back. The supervisor, Brooke at 520-662-8989 ext. 47431 has never even returned one of our calls. Getting thru to anyone that is not in India on the customer service # 800-283-7918 is tough, but everytime I do speak to someone I am assured it is being handled. But no one can tell me when (or if) I will ever see my money again.
Can anybody out there help me or direct me to someone that can? There is no way to get through to anyone who gives a darn at CitiMortgage. My advice: They are impossible to deal with. Avoid them at all costs!!! I understand that the error is not their fault. But at least one returned call would go a long way.
